General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions are binding in German. Translations are for informational purposes only.
- Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, purchases, and deliveries made through our online shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC. Deviating customer conditions are not recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity.

3. Products and Offers The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. Technical changes, errors, and misprints are reserved.
Trading cards are industrially manufactured products. Small production-related deviations, such as minor printing errors or minimal packaging traces, do not constitute a defect.
4. Conclusion of Contract A contract is only concluded upon our confirmation of the order. After submitting the order, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The purchase contract is concluded only with the express acceptance of the order or the delivery of the goods.
5. Prices and Payment All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are charged additionally and are shown in the order overview.
The following payment methods are accepted:

- PayPal
- ApplePay
- GooglePay
If advance payment is selected, the invoice amount must be paid within 3 calendar days after placing the order; otherwise, the order will be canceled without prior notice.
6. Delivery Delivery is exclusively within Switzerland. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days for A-Post and 2-5 working days for B-Post. If individual items are not available, we will inform the customer immediately.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are undamaged, in original packaging, and unused. Returns are at the customer's expense and risk.
For sealed trading card products (e.g., booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, or special boxes), the right of return expires as soon as the seal has been broken.
Single cards are also excluded from the right of return.
8. Warranty We guarantee that the products are free from material and manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. In the event of defects, the customer is entitled to rectification or replacement delivery. Further claims, in particular for damages, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Liability We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Retention of Title The goods remain the property of Fernandez Torrealba Global Trade (Plazatoys.ch) until full payment.
11. Data Protection We treat all personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.
12. Final Provisions Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. An ineffective provision will be replaced by a regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the ineffective provision.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Feuerthalen, Switzerland.
