1. How do I place an order? To place an order, select the desired products, add them to your shopping cart, and follow the checkout process. You can create a customer account or order as a guest.

2. What payment methods are accepted? We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • TWINT
  • ApplePay / GooglePay

3. What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs are 8.50 CHF for B-Post and 10.50 CHF for A-Post per order. For orders over 150 CHF, B-Post shipping is free, and A-Post is reduced to 2.00 CHF.

4. How long does delivery take? Delivery time within Switzerland is usually 1-2 business days for A-Post and 3-4 business days for B-Post. We will inform you promptly of any delays.

5. Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can only be changed or canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@plazatoys.ch

6. How do returns work? You can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The customer bears the cost of return shipping. For more information, please see our return policy.

7. What if an item is defective? If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@plazatoys.ch so we can resolve the issue.

8. Can I track my order? Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment online.

10. Does your shop offer gift vouchers? Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers in various amounts through our shop. Vouchers are sent by email. You can find gift vouchers here!
